Consent to collection and use of personal information

Buzz & Beyond Inc. (“vling”) collects and uses personal information of customers as follows in accordance with the Act on Personal Information Protection Act.

The Company collects the information of users in a way of the followings :

• Collection : Company/Channel/Name/Position/Contact/E-mail/Telephone calling/tools for collection of created.
• Method of collection : Business Solution Inquiry/Product Inquiry/Technical Support Inquiry/General Inquiry/Demo Request/Newsletter/Information provided by the users.

[Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information]

The Company use information we collect for the following purposes:use information we collect for the following purposes:

• Inquiry : We provide consultation related to the content written by the customer.

• Marketing and Advertising : E-mail is sent only to consent customers. (News, publicity, event information, etc.)

• Except for the following cases, the Company will not share personal information with a 3rd party:

  * when the Company shares the information with its affiliates, partners and service providers.
  

[Retention and Use Period of Personal Information]

In principle, the Company destructs the information immediately after the purposes of its collection and use have been achieved without delay: Provided that, if any information is to be retained as required by relevant laws and regulations, the Company retain it for the period as required by those laws and regulations before destruction and, in such event, the personal information which is stored and managed separately will never be used for other purposes. The Company destructs: hard copies of personal information by shredding with a pulverizer or incinerating it; and delete personal information stored in the form of electric file by using technological method making that information not restored.

[Refusal to consent]

• The user may reject the collection and use of collected Personal Information and, even in case of rejection, there is no limit on use of services.
• If you do not agree to be collection and use of personal information, you cannot receive information about the solution.
• Company-sponsored invitation messages or no gift are provided.

[Details of provision of personal information to 3rd party]

1. The website, product or service of the Buzz & Beyond Inc. may include the links to the ones of a 3rd party and the privacy protection policy of the site of 3rd party may be different. Thus, it is required for the users to check additionally that policy of a 3rd party site linked to the site of the Buzz & Beyond Inc.

2. Except for the following cases, the Company does not disclose or provide personal information of the users to a 3rd party:

• Recipients of information : Buzz & Beyond Inc., Paid service customer

• Purpose of use of recipient : Confirmation of subscription information for service, provision of personalized products/services, preferential treatment, benefits, and information for the recipient, analysis for this purpose, combination/analysis with third-party service information, and re-provision of information on provided items, such as combination/analysis information.

• Items to be provided :

  * Common item: search/channel inquiry/coupon/event participation/channel detailed information/Information received through advertising
  
  * As for the items of common provision, all items that the provider agrees to collect and use when signing up and using the service include information from the time of signing up for the service the person subscribed to until the time of this consent.
  
  * All items agreed to to be collected when using Buzz & Beyond Inc. (vling, vletter, etc.)
  
  * Information generated by combining and analyzing each item provided by Buzz & Beyond Inc. vling and vletter with the above information by agreeing to the personal information collection and terms of use
  

• Period of retention and use of recipient : Buzz & Beyond Inc. Until consent is withdrawn

• In the event of a third-party service occurrence, the process of notifying the customer separately and obtaining consent when necessary.

• You can refuse to provide consent to a third party, and refusal of consent does not affect membership registration and service use.

• Buzz & Beyond Inc. is not a party to the transaction as a mail order broker for advertisements (including banner advertisements) registered by advertisers, and Buzz & Beyond Inc. does not take any responsibility.
